Who can participate?
Only those who are 21 or older, paid the fee and picked up their registration materials. Those who wear the shirts will get the drink specials.

Proceeds for the event will benefit Open Heart Magic (OHM) and support bedside magic programs for kids in Chicago area hospitals. The OHM Hospital Magicians volunteers reach over 2,200 children at five Chicago area hospitals. To learn more information about Open Heart Magic, please visit www.openheartmagic.com.

What do you have against clowns and why the March?
Often people confuse magicians and clowns. They think they are one and the same. Not true. Through years of performing close-up magic, we have discovered that many in the general public, children and adults alike, share the same disdain for clowns that many magicians have. Common responses when discussing clowns with the public are “creepy”, “scary” and “clowns freak me out.” Why not have an event to March Against Clowns, to have an excuse to do a pub crawl in a great Chicago neighborhood, and to show support for worthy cause.

We hope you can help us kick off this inaugural event!

Who is organizing this event?
The Development Committee of Open Heart Magic has organized this event. The bars themselves will be pouring the drinks and offering the prearranged drink specials. Email pubcrawl@openheartmagic.com or call 630-699-9392 if you have any questions.
